Colleen Crockford, MSW, LICSW

Colleen provides compassionate, relationship-centered therapy for preschool and early childhood clients, adolescents, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. Her work is grounded in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop meaningful tools for healing and growth.

Drawing from play therapy, narrative therapy, somatic approaches, and trauma-informed care, Colleen tailors her work to meet the unique needs and developmental stage of each client. She has a special interest in supporting children and families through emotional challenges, animal-related grief and loss, and experiences of transition and change.

In addition to clinical therapy services, Colleen provides family mediation, parenting assessments, leadership coaching, clinical supervision, and organizational consultation focused on healthy workplace culture and sustainable practice.

Colleen is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with the Minnesota Board of Social Work and an approved supervisor with both the Minnesota Board of Social Work and the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota and holds additional training in Trauma Effective Leadership, Play Therapy, Animal-Related Grief and Loss, and Family Mediation.
